How It Works:
Discovery call:
video call to get to know each other and the basic scope of the project.
Initial Consultation:
The process begins with a thorough assessment of your needs, style preferences, any specific requirements for your space, and a budget. We prefer this consultation take place on-site if possible so that we can take photos and make a client wish list. This visit will help us visualize the space and understand its potential.
Site Evaluations:
An assessment of the existing space with any trades that need to be included based on the scope of work, including the evaluation of architecture and structural elements.
Proposed Contract:
We will draft a contract for us to discuss either in person or via video call. This contract will include a breakdown of product pricing and estimated design hours based on past projects with a similar scope of work.
Design Concept Development:
Once the contract has been agreed upon and signed we will start design development. Based on the gathered information, we will create a comprehensive design concept. This includes mood boards that illustrate color schemes, styles, and materials.
Space/Floor Planning:
Detailed floor plans are drafted to optimize the layout of the space. These plans may include furniture placement, traffic flow, and notations for specific functions based on your conversations during the initial consultation.
Material and Finish Selections:
Specification of all materials, finishes, and furnishings, including fabrics, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and colors.Furniture and Accessory Procurement:
Sourcing and purchasing furniture, accessories, art, and other decorative elements.3D Renderings (if needed):
Visual representations of the proposed design allow clients to view and understand the finalized look and feel.Installation Coordination:
